Chapter 11: The Village of Gods
[Third POV]
They reappeared at the place where they had first met. The Prince walked behind Iovis, while the Princess followed Samuru.
“Now we can go to the Village of Gods,” said Samuru.
Both the Prince and Princess became extremely excited upon hearing their destination, but their faces fell when they realized something.
“You’ve forgotten something important,” Iovis said to Samuru.
“What am I—” Samuru began, then paused and looked toward the servants. “I forgot about their size. I should be able to fix that with ease.”
Samuru waved his hand, causing both the Prince and Princess to appear right in front of him.
“First, let me state that you are no longer a Prince or Princess. More importantly, you’re no longer human. You are now Titans,” Samuru told them.
“What are the benefits of being a Titan?” asked Temera.
“I’m not sure about cultivation, but I’m positive that you possess the destructive power of a Low-God,” Samuru said. “Now, I will create and send you both a technique that will allow you to assume the size of a God.”
Samuru flicked his wrist, and a beam of light shot into their foreheads.

“With that, everything should be okay now,” Samuru said to Iovis. “Let’s go.”
They vanished again, but not before returning to their original height. Moments later, Asura and Temera appeared at their normal size as well. Samuru took Temera, while Iovis took Asura, and they vanished once more. They appeared in front of a village gate made of gold. The two mortals marveled at the sight. To them, the village gate stretched as far as the eye could see. They entered the village, and what they saw was heavenly. It was as if they had entered another dimension. Planets of various sizes and colors floated everywhere.
**[Samuru POV]**
“Why are the planets of different colors?” asked Temera.
“If I had to guess, it represents their domains,” I said. “There’s a God for almost everything, but the strongest ones are the Gods of Fire, Wind, Water, Earth, Creation, Destruction, Time, and Space.”
As I looked around, I noticed a central platform covered with Gods engaged in conversation.
I lifted my hand, pointed in the direction of the platform, and said, “We will go there. Asura and Temera, follow us.”
We vanished and reappeared on the platform.
**[Third POV]**
“Oh, my Origin! It’s a God with two domains: Creation and Magic, the rarest of the rare!” exclaimed a random God as he kneeled. Others quickly followed suit.

“The one next to him has the domain of Destruction!” screamed a random Goddess as she begged for mercy and groveled.
“Why are you kneeling?” asked Samuru.
“Why are you afraid?” asked Iovis.
“What? You don’t know? We Gods consider those with the domains of Creation or Magic to be Gods among Gods. There are only ten of each,” replied the random God.
“Sir, Gods of Destruction are treated similarly to Gods of Creation or Magic. Those with the domain of Destruction have the right to destroy Gods at will,” replied the random Goddess with fear.
Samuru and his group were taken aback by what they had just heard. After collecting himself, Samuru said, “You don’t need to worry about us.”
Iovis stepped forward, causing everyone except the group to step back.
“We have only come to gather some information. Once we have that, we will be on our way,” said Iovis indifferently.
“Is there anyone willing to speak with us?” asked Samuru.
After a moment of silence, a child who appeared to be around ten years old stood up and said, “I am willing to help you.”
“That’s great. What’s your name?” asked Samuru.
“My name is Vorbris,” said the child as he bowed.
“Do you have a planet we can visit?” asked Samuru.
“No, I don’t. I live with my parents until I reach adulthood,” Vorbris said, pointing to the planet of his parents.
The planet was mostly green and brown, indicating it was the domain of Earth and Wind Gods.
“Let’s go there,” said Samuru as he teleported them to the planet, near a kidney-shaped lake.
**[Temera POV]**
‘They have so much respect for my Master’s domain,’ I thought with a smile as I recalled the recent events.
‘I wonder what my Master looks like.’
**[Asura POV]**
‘They were terrified of my Master,’ I thought with a grin. ‘That’s how it should be.’
I looked toward my sister and saw that she was smiling, though I didn’t feel a chill.
‘I wonder what my Master looks like.’
**[Samuru POV]**
As soon as we arrived on the planet, two figures appeared before us. The man wore a brown robe and was dark-skinned, muscular but not overly so. The woman wore a green robe, was fair-skinned, had an hourglass figure, and was stunning enough to captivate any mortal world.
‘I noticed that none of the Gods here wear robes that cover their faces,’ I thought, just before being interrupted.
“Mother and Father, what brings you here?” asked Vorbris as he approached them.
“We came because we sensed that we had guests,” said the father as he looked at his son. Upon noticing my group, he bowed deeply. “It is an honor to be in the presence of a God of Creation and Magic, as well as a God of Destruction.”
The mother echoed her husband’s words and bowed as well.
“Haha, we have only come to gather some information,” I said.
‘I might get used to this feeling,’ I thought.
**[Vorbris’ Father POV]**
‘My son could have brought us great fortune or our destruction,’ I thought as I looked at my son.
“Haha, we have only come to gather some information,” said the mysterious God.
“If you don’t mind me asking, who are you?” I inquired.
‘Something seems off here,’ I thought.
“Shouldn’t you introduce yourself first? Anyway, I am Samuru, a God of Creation and Magic,” said Samuru as he proceeded to remove his hood.
**[Third POV]**
They all watched as Samuru removed his hood. Iovis, who had been with Samuru the longest, was the most curious. When they saw his face, everyone froze except Iovis.
“What’s wrong?” Samuru asked.
“You don’t know?” Asura asked.
“Even the mortals know about this? Then everyone must have seen him,” said Vorbris’ father. Asura and Temera nodded in response.
“Seen who?” asked Iovis before Samuru could.
“We don’t know who, but everyone dreams about him when they are born. That dream stays with us throughout our lives. Many believe he is our creator, the one who created the first cosmos,” replied Vorbris’ mother.
Samuru was shocked by what he had just heard.
‘I guess being the second person to have this idea is better than being third,’ Samuru thought. He placed the hood back on his head.
“I’ll look into that when I have enough power. Now, back to why we’re here. We’d like to know about the cultivation levels,” Samuru said, changing the subject. They shook their heads to focus.
“Yes, let’s get on topic. As you may know, we are currently in the lowest realm of power. Each realm of cultivation allows you to enter a higher one,” said Vorbris’ father, pausing to let the information sink in.
‘Both Iovis and I already know this,’ Samuru thought impatiently.
“The known cultivation levels are God, God Lord, God King, Sovereign, and Origin. What comes after Origin is unknown,” said Vorbris’ father.
“I’ve faced a Sovereign. They didn’t seem that strong to me,” said Iovis smugly.
**[Vorbris’ Father POV]**
‘How did he survive the attack? There must be a reason,’ I thought, trying to come up with an answer. After a few moments, the answer came to me.
“It’s because of your domain. Having the domain of Destruction allowed you to overcome the Sovereign because you can destroy almost anything. If you faced a Sovereign with the domain of Magic, you would die instantly,” I said.
“Haha, why didn’t I think about using my magic domain…” Samuru muttered to himself as his voice trailed off.
“Anyway, how do you advance to the next realm? Does it involve having a core inside your body?” asked Iovis.
I looked at him, puzzled by his question.
“Yes, creating a core will allow you to become independent of other magic. You four don’t use the same magic as us. If I had to guess, I’d say you’re using his magic,” I said, pointing to the person who was still talking to himself.
**[Samuru POV]**
As I came out of my reverie, I noticed Vorbris’ father pointing at me.
“What did I miss?” I asked Iovis.
“We just need to create a core to gain more power,” said Iovis. “Also, the known cultivation levels are God, God Lord, God King, Sovereign, and Origin.”
“After this, we’ll start cultivating,” I said. I looked at Vorbris and his parents. “How many people have Magic and Creation as their domains?”
“All together, there are fewer than one hundred. They are all Sovereigns, with only four in the Origin
realm,” said Vorbris’ mother.
“Do you mind if we stay here for a few years to cultivate?” I asked.
“Sure, we don’t mind,” said Vorbris’ father as he turned and left with his family.
Now it was just the four of us near a kidney-shaped lake.
